Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to be in a relaxed state for your appointment. This also allows proper time to fill out the required confidential 'New Client Consultation' form or to update information.
Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. There are no pricing adjustments for reduced service time due to late arrival. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled with applicable charges.
Cancellations
Your scheduled appointment is reserved strictly for you, therefore 24 hour notice before your appointment is required. Fail to do so will result in half of the service fee.
No Call No Show
There is a zero tolerance policy for no-call, no-show which results in booking ban. N/C N/S also requires 100% of the service fee missed before a client will be rebooked.
